Important warnings

Network: only BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) is supported. Funds sent on any other network (Ethereum, Tron, BSC from the wrong chain, etc.) may be lost and cannot be recovered.

Assets: only BNB, USDT and USDC are credited. Any other token is recorded as an unexpected transfer and is not credited. Getting it back needs a recovery request and superadmin approval, is best effort, and the gas is paid from your gas address.

Dust: a deposit worth less than 0.5 USD is credited but no webhook is sent.

Warning: on BSC mainnet, BNB sent through an internal transaction (for example from a smart contract or some exchange withdrawals) may currently not be detected automatically. Ask customers to send BNB as a normal transfer. If a deposit is missing, contact support or file a recovery request with the transaction hash.

Invoices expire 30 minutes after creation. A payment in the wrong asset sends the invoice to needs_review and is not credited. Permanent deposit addresses never expire.

Gas address: keep it funded with at least 5 USDT worth of BNB plus owed fees and gas, or withdrawals are blocked. Withdrawal platform fees are tiered, paid in BNB from the gas address and settled in batches. BNB can leave the gas address only through an admin-approved gas withdrawal request.

Withdrawals: the minimum is 5 USDT (or 5 USDT worth of the asset). A withdrawal to a wrong address cannot be reversed.

Webhooks: always verify the cryptox-signature header and treat event IDs as idempotent. Send an Idempotency-Key on every create request.

Environments: test keys use BSC testnet (chain 97); live keys use BSC mainnet (chain 56). Never send real funds to a testnet address.

Account security: anyone with your dashboard password can withdraw your funds. Turn on two-factor authentication (Settings → Security) and keep your recovery codes offline. See Security.
