Retrieve and list invoices

GET /v1/invoices/:id returns one invoice owned by the authenticated merchant. Another merchant gets the same not-found response as a missing invoice.

GET /v1/invoices accepts status, asset, chainId, q, limit, and offset. amount is the expected total. receivedAmount is the confirmed total in the requested asset.
