Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-10-20.2. By creating a merchant account you accept these terms. Read the warnings carefully: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

Important: Zenvault only supports BNB, USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Funds sent on any other network, or tokens other than these three, may be lost permanently.

1. Supported network and assets

Zenvault operates only on BNB Smart Chain (BSC). Deposit addresses accept native BNB and the BEP-20 tokens USDT and USDC. Test API keys use BSC testnet; live API keys use BSC mainnet. Testnet funds have no value.

2. Wrong network

An address shown by Zenvault is a BSC address. The same characters may be valid on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or other EVM networks, but funds sent there do not arrive on BSC. Zenvault cannot see, credit or recover funds sent on another network. You must tell your customers to use BSC (BEP-20) only.

3. Wrong token and recovery

Tokens other than BNB, USDT and USDC, and supported assets sent to an invoice for a different asset, are not credited. Zenvault records them as unexpected transfers when it can detect them and notifies you by webhook. Their value may be unknown.

Internal BNB transfers: on BSC mainnet, BNB sent through an internal transaction (for example from a smart contract or some exchange withdrawals) may currently not be detected automatically. Ask customers to send BNB as a normal transfer. If a deposit is missing, contact support or file a recovery request with the transaction hash.

Recovery is best effort and not guaranteed. You may request recovery through the API or the Recovery page. A request never moves funds by itself: every recovery must be reviewed and approved by a Zenvault superadmin, who may decline it. Network gas for a recovery is paid from your gas address; if it does not hold enough BNB the recovery cannot run. Some tokens cannot be moved at all (for example tokens that block transfers, rebase, or charge fees on transfer), and Zenvault is not liable for them.

4. Dust

A deposit worth less than 0.5 USD (USDT and USDC at face value, BNB at the price when it is detected) is dust. Dust is recorded and credited to your balance, but no webhook is sent for it.

5. Confirmations

A deposit is credited after 15 block confirmations. Until then it is shown as confirming and may still be reversed by a chain reorganisation. Do not release goods on an unconfirmed payment.

6. Invoices and permanent addresses

An invoice expires 30 minutes after it is created. Funds that arrive after expiry or for a different amount may need review. Permanent deposit addresses created for your customers never expire and keep accepting BNB, USDT and USDC; each asset is credited in that asset.

7. Fees and the gas address

Each merchant has a gas address that pays network gas for withdrawals, sweeps and recoveries. You must keep it topped up with BNB; withdrawals are refused while it holds less than 5 USDT worth of BNB, and an operation is refused if its gas cannot be paid.

Platform fees per withdrawal, by withdrawal value, paid in BNB from the gas address:

TierWithdrawal valueFee (BNB)
15–50 USDT0.0001
250–500 USDT0.001
3over 500 USDT0.01

You cannot withdraw BNB from your gas address yourself and its key is never given to you. To take BNB out, submit a gas withdrawal request; a Zenvault admin reviews it and may approve or deny it. The amount is limited to the balance minus unpaid platform fees and a reserve for gas and open withdrawals or recoveries. On approval, owed platform fees are settled first.

Fees accrue and are sent in one batch once they exceed 0.0014 BNB. Fee tiers can change; the values above are the current settings.

8. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is 5 USDT, or 5 USDT worth of the asset. You are responsible for the destination address; a withdrawal sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed.

9. Custody of keys

Zenvault generates a wallet for each merchant and stores its recovery phrase encrypted at rest. The platform uses these keys to sweep deposits, pay gas, settle fees and perform approved recoveries. Keep your account credentials and API keys secret; actions taken with them are treated as yours.

10. Your responsibilities

  • Show customers the network (BSC / BEP-20), the asset and the exact amount.
  • Verify webhook signatures and process each event once.
  • Keep the gas address funded and API keys and webhook secrets secure.
  • Comply with the laws that apply to you and your customers.

11. Limitation of liability

Zenvault is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Zenvault is not liable for funds sent on the wrong network, unsupported or wrong tokens, incorrect addresses, network congestion or reorganisations, token contract behaviour, price movements, or losses caused by compromised credentials. Zenvault's total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
