Gas address withdrawals
You cannot send BNB out of your gas address yourself, and its key is never shown. To take BNB out, submit a request with POST /v1/gas-withdrawal-requests (API key and Idempotency-Key) or from the Gas account page. Body: amount (BNB decimal, or "max"), destination (BSC address, not the gas address) and reason. GET /v1/gas-withdrawal-requests and GET /v1/gas-withdrawal-requests/:id show status pending, approved, sent, denied or failed. Only one request per network can be open at a time.
The most you can request is: live balance − unpaid platform fees (owed, settling and unconfirmed) − a reserve. The reserve is the gas for this transfer, the gas for settling owed fees, the platform fee plus one sweep's gas for each open withdrawal, and one sweep's gas for each open recovery request. A larger amount is refused with AMOUNT_TOO_HIGH and error.details.maxWithdrawable.
A Zenvault admin reviews each request and approves or denies it with a note. Approval checks the limit again, settles owed platform fees to the fee account first, then sends the BNB. If the limit no longer fits the request stays pending with the reason. A transfer whose result cannot be confirmed is marked failed for manual review and is never sent twice.
